How It Works

    Insert Your Fragrance

    Open the diffuser by twisting the top counterclockwise. Remove the used bottle (clockwise) and attach your new RIVIA fragrance by screwing it in counterclockwise. Close the top securely. Always keep the diffuser upright to avoid leaks.

    Power On

    Plug the diffuser into a 220V outlet. Press and hold the power button on the touchscreen for 2 seconds to turn it on. Use the remote for basic controls or hold the OFF button for 5 seconds to reset.

    Set Scent Intensity

    Choose your preferred intensity: Low (10s ON / 240s OFF), Medium (20s ON / 120s OFF), or High (25s ON / 60s OFF).

    Choose Runtime

    Select a run time of 2, 4, 8, or 12 hours. The diffuser will shut off automatically once the time is up.

  • 5

    Enjoy the Experience

    Covers up to 500 sq. ft. with clean, waterless diffusion. Each fragrance lasts up to 800 hours for effortless, luxurious scenting.

Orders within Dubai, UAE, are delivered same day or less than 24 hours. For global deliveries to major cities, it usually takes 3-5 days. The checkout page will provide an estimated arrival time.

Yes, you can change or return the fragrance oil or your entire order within 30 days. If you exchange a few fragrances, we will either refund the cost of unused oils or ship the replacement oils. All returns are donated to our charity partner for FREE, so feel guilt-free when making returns. However, the return and exchange shipment charges will apply. We recommend purchasing a sample if you are unsure.
