Cancellation policy
No contract! Cancel anytime with no extra charges. You’ll only be billed up to the date of your cancellation. Just email us at care@riviafragrances.com — billing will stop from the date of your email. Not a single extra day will be charged. Any unused days for the rest of the month will be automatically refunded to your card. And yes, we’ll still ❤️ you!

Do I need to pay with my credit card to sign up for the free trial?
No, you don’t need to pay anything to start the trial.
We simply charge AED 1 to verify that your credit card is valid—and even that is immediately refunded. We do not hold or block the subscription amount of AED 249.
What happens during the 15-day free trial?
Once your trial begins, you’ll receive:
- A fragrance diffuser
- A 12-fragrance sample kit (3 ml each)
- One 100 ml fragrance bottle of your choice
All of this will be delivered to your office by Aramex after you complete the sign-up and request a demo unit.
Can I change the fragrance during the 15-day trial?
Absolutely!
If you select a fragrance but later prefer a different one from the sample kit, you can log in to our website and request another 100 ml bottle. You’re free to explore and switch fragrances during the trial—and even after, as part of your subscription.
What happens after the 15-day trial ends?
On Day 15, your credit card will be automatically charged AED 249 to continue the subscription.
You can log in anytime to choose a new fragrance from the 12 available options, and we’ll send it right to you—at no extra cost.
What if I’ve tried all 12 fragrances and want something new?
We regularly update our fragrance library with exciting new blends.
Just log in to your account to see the latest releases. You can switch to any newly launched fragrance at no extra cost during your subscription.
